Flexhire Intern- Event Marketing

Job Description: The intern hired for this position will be assisting with the planning and execution of events that will advertise the Flexhire brand. This candidate must possess an outgoing nature, an interest in marketing and event planning, and a readiness to learn. A flexible schedule is important as many events may be on the weekends or in the evenings as well as most, if not all, being off site. Several of these events will be in Cleveland, Akron, and surrounding areas. Reliable transportation for this position is a necessity. The candidate will also be flexible in learning and completing other tasks related to the position in and around the office. This position will be unpaid however expenses and event-related costs will be covered.

Flexhire Intern- Internal Marketing

Job Description: The intern hired for this position will be assisting with the marketing of the Flexhire brand. This will include brainstorming, planning, and executing ideas about how to advertise Flexhire to its key demographic. This job will be primarily in- office assisting the Administrative Marketing Assistant and creating a marketing campaign. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills in Microsoft Office or other related software. The candidate will be flexible and willing to possibly join the Flexhire team during marketing events in various venues around the Cleveland and Akron areas. This position is unpaid; however related expenses will be covered.

Flexhire Intern- Administrative Help

Job Description: The intern hired for the administrative position will be assisting with daily tasks in and around the office. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills in Microsoft Office or related software. Daily tasks may include answering phones, filing, creating spreadsheets, drafting correspondence, faxing, photocopying, and scanning. It is very important that this candidate is flexible and willing to possibly join the Flexhire team during marketing events in various venues around the Cleveland and Akron areas. This candidate must have a strong work ethic and a readiness to learn. A plus for this position would be a candidate with strong computer skills and an IT background. This will be an unpaid position.

Job Description: The intern hired for this position will possess high level skill in information technologies. The ideal candidate will have help desk experience and a vast knowledge of all things technical. This person must be flexible and ready to adapt to different situations. As well as IT skills, people skills are a must as we have different types of people coming in and out of the office on a daily basis. The candidate will not only be willing to help out in various situations, they will be personable and outgoing. Tasks may include fixing computer problems, maintaining the network, setting up equipment such as scanners and printers, possibly creating a blog as well as other tasks that may require writing script. This will be an unpaid position.

  • completion of sophomore year
  • computer science major
  • knowledge of HTML and other web languages
  • IT Help Desk experience a plus
